I’m looking forward to having a table of information and sign-up opportunities for anyone interested in learning more about the curious information surfacing every day on the health benefits of a different kind of ‘plant-based diet.’  Let’s learn about what is hype, what is evidenced-based; how to stay open and expansive and curious in general and avoid the tendency to stay small and fearful as we age.  Learning keeps us young and there is fascinating research happening, mostly outside the U.S.!
